As a Clemson University graduate, Joseph earned a degree in Construction Science and Management. After some time managing commercial construction ..."(banks, grocery stores, retail space, etc), he transitioned to residential construction.

Looking for an opportunity to incorporate customer service into his construction management skills, Joseph spent some time managing construction of single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Loudoun County, where he established himself as a leader in quality and customer service scores. In the last two years of managing construction, he completed nearly 50 single family homes, 65 townhomes, and 42 condo units with customer service scores that exceeded 95%.Joseph currently holds active Certification with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI).
